We are pleased to announce the CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS POLICY, applicable to all Seb Education employees, which comes into effect today.

This Policy is of great importance, as it reflects our commitment to Ethical Management. Its purpose is to guide the actions of all employees and set out the Company's position in relation to the different stakeholders with whom it interacts. It is an instrument designed to inspire our people and provide guidance on the values and ethical principles that should underpin our conduct and relationships, both internally and externally, always within the scope and objectives of Seb Education.

Ethical principles should guide our behaviour, in accordance with the Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy. It is therefore important that we understand that ethics comprises the set of rules and moral and value-based principles expected of all of us as employees of Seb Education.

In order to achieve these objectives, each of us must play our part by adhering to these guidelines and putting them into practice in our day-to-day actions and relationships.

In addition, the principles of conduct and ethics serve as a benchmark for resolving issues and as a foundation for the Company when addressing misconduct by its employees, leaders, suppliers and others. By adding value, this contributes to strengthening Seb Education's reputation and recognition within the community as a company committed to ethical conduct.
